Drinking coffee and tea can also cause discoloration and staining of teeth. Thus make sure to rinse your mouth after every time you have tea or coffee.

You can also apply the inner part of orange peel which also a great fix to make for teeth whitening. Rub the peel over teeth or make a paste of naturally dried peel with ground bay leaves, and brush with the paste.

There are many toothpastes available having baking soda as their prime ingredient. You can make you homemade whitener remedy by mixing baking soda with little salt.

Try to avoid the usage of mouthwashes. Not only alcohol but they also consist of other harmful chemicals making your teeth stained and faded.

Rinse your mouth well after every time you eat or drink something, getting rid of food residues glued to your teeth.
